Return and Exchange Policy
Baraboo Candy hopes that you will not have a need to
return your purchases to us or have any difficulties
with your order. No return of food is accepted,
under any circumstances. Baraboo Candy cannot be
responsible for damage if you (or the recipient of a
gift) are not present at time of delivery and the
damage occurs as a result of the delay in claiming
the package. Also, Baraboo Candy cannot be
responsible for heat damage, (view shipping
requirements during “Hot Weather” else where).
We highly recommend shipping to an address where
someone will be able to receive the package when
delivered. If you are purchasing candy items from
Baraboo Candy, packages which could be left outside
of your home all day may be damaged by weather that
is too hot, cold, rainy, or humid.
When returning any non-candy product to Baraboo
Candy for any reason you must first obtain a Return
Authorization number (RA#) from Baraboo Candy
customer service. The RA# will be your tracking
number of our products. Any non-candy products
returned to Baraboo Candy without an RA# will be
returned to sender.
Products damaged in shipment
All merchandise leaves our business in perfect
condition. It then becomes the BUYER’S
RESPONSIBILITY to claim for damages with the
delivering carrier. If you receive products that
were damaged during shipping, we ask that you
contact the shipping company.
Fulfillment Errors
If we make an error fulfilling your order, we ask
that you contact our Customer Service immediately.

special offers from Baraboo Candy that may be of

SHIPPING:
Our Commitment
We are committed to providing you with superior
customer service, including giving you the peace of
mind that your package will arrive when you want.
Baraboo Candy will make every effort to ship your
order within 48 hours. If any shipping delay occurs,
we will notify you by e-mail or telephone.
Baraboo Candy’s regular shipping provider is UPS.
All orders will be handed by UPS unless the customer
is in the position to handle shipping cost
adjustments due to special needs of the customer.
Since temperatures vary across the country, we may
elect not to ship any package over a weekend to
guarantee its arrival in premium condition.
Therefore, we cannot guarantee Monday deliveries on
any order. We apologize for any inconvenience this
may cause you.
Our normal shipping days during the warm months
(holidays excluded) for overnight, 2-day, and ground
shipments are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
Overnight shipments are also sent on Thursday, and
Saturday Delivery shipments are sent on Friday. This
schedule is designed so your chocolate does not sit
over the weekend in a warehouse without temperature
controls. We may ship on Thursday or Friday if cool
temperatures allow your chocolate to be safely
transported.
Because of higher delivery charges to these
destinations, we must charge an additional fee to
the regular shipping rate per address. Shipments may
take 2-3 days longer. U.S. Territories are shipped
with U.S. mail parcel post.
Saturday Delivery
Saturday delivery is available in most Metropolitan
areas for an additional charge to the regular
delivery cost.
International and APO Boxes Shipping
At this time, we can only ship your product to
recipients located within the United States. We are
unable to ship packages to international addresses.
We do ship to APO addresses, or US territories with
US mail at the normal pricing structure. Please note
that these packages cannot be tracked.
We highly recommend shipping to an address where
someone will be able to receive the package when it
is delivered. Chocolate left outside your home all
day may be damaged by weather that is too hot, cold,
rainy, or humid.
Warm Weather Shipping
Please note that if your destination is over 74
Degrees Fahrenheit (23 Degrees Celsius), we strongly
advise that you select our warm weather package.
This consists of an insulated container and a
reusable frozen gel-pack, which will keep your
package cool for up to 48 hours. In extreme hot
weather conditions, we reserve the right to delay
your shipment. For these warm destinations, we
suggest that you check off the Warm Weather option
on the Shipping page. During the summer months
(June, July, August), we ship all our packages with
this proven warm weather package. In addition,
during these warmer months, we will only ship
products 2nd day or faster to ensure your items
arrive in the best condition possible.
Baraboo Candy cannot be responsible for damage if
you (or the recipient of a gift) are not present at
the time of delivery and the damage occurs as a
result of the delay in claiming the package. Also,
Baraboo Candy cannot be responsible for heat damage
if you instruct us to ship ASAP without Warm Weather
Packaging.
